Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for all bookings 💅🏾 All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE /NON TRANSFERABLE so please make sure your booking the correct time slot *** Late Policy - All appointments will be given 15 mins allotted time for their appointment. Arriving MORE than 15 mins late will AUTOMATICALLY result in a No-Show and a Cancellation of your appointment If the service is still available to be provide a $10 late fee will be applied at checkout. *** Please be mindful and respectful of my time and the time of my clients that are before and after you. 😊 To soak off you must arrive 1 HR before booking time. Please text me a day before to let me know you would like to soak off. 1ST APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO SOAK OFF .
